We're delighted to announce the signing of prolific goal scorer Haile Richards from Biggleswade United FC
18 year old Haile began her football career with Spanish outfit Elche CF at the age of 15 before moving to the UK and joining Oaklands College where was a a regular starter for 2 years and picked up 2 caps for England Colleges in 2020 & 2021.
More recently, hitting the back of the next on a regular basis for Biggleswade having scored 15 goals in just 9 appearances this season.
We asked Haile what she will bring to the team
"I am an attacking threat and like to press the defensive line intensely, while making sure I am completing my passing and of course, scoring goals. I am a good communicator on and off the pitch, you will certainly hear me calling for the ball and helping my teammates."
A fun fact about Haile is that she is multi-lingual and can speak 4 languages including, Spanish, English, Portuguese and Catalan.
Haile told us that she is really happy to be joining City. Stepping up to the National league will be a a challenge that she is relishing and is willing to put in the hard work and dedication to give her best for the team.
We're really excited to welcome Haile to the club and wish her the best of luck as we look forward to seeing her in action as soon as possible.
