Following the departure of Sean Coxon, we’re pleased to announce that Philip Saich will be stepping into the role of Head of Media and Communications.

Sean has left a great legacy and his shoes will be hard to fill, but we’re confident that Philip will not only help us cement our strong relationships with the media but also drive forward a communications strategy to position the new stadium as a community hub for all.
Philip commented: 'These are exciting times off the pitch, with the main stand fit out nearing completion and major events such as CityFest scheduled. On the pitch, the Men’s management team are busy building a squad that can challenge for promotion and the Women’s, Boys’, Girls’, Parability and Disability teams are going from strength to strength. It’s a great time to be involved as we build an infrastructure that is best in class for Step 4, and in fact for several leagues above, and I’m proud to be playing a part.
‘We have a new website coming imminently, an improvement in our print and digital communications, and a social media and match day team that can help the fans truly feel part of this great club. As well as CityFest to look forward to, we will have an enticing set of pre-season fixtures that are guaranteed to get the pulses racing. I for one can’t wait!'
As ever, we’re looking for forward-thinking companies to join our family of sponsors so if you run a business that wants to align with a truly community club, or if you feel it would suit your employer to do so, please reach out to Philip on 07703 320747 or email him at media@cambridgecityfc.com.
