Ground regulations update

Our ground regulations have been updated in the light of the Club's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy and the FA's charging and sanctioning policy. These will replace the version which has featured in the Men's Team programme for the last couple of seasons and can also be found attached to this article and in the documents section on the website replacing the 'Fan's Code of Conduct'.
