Cambridge City FC Launch Charity Partnership with Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust

Cambridge City Football Club is delighted to announce a new charity partnership with
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust for the 2026/27 season! The partnership brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to supporting people and communities across Cambridge and the surrounding area.
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust raises vital funds to support patients, families and staff at Cambridge University Hospitals, helping to provide additional resources, equipment, facilities, research and support that go above and beyond what NHS funding alone can provide.
Cambridge City CEO, Alice Dewey, commented: “We are incredibly proud to be partnering with Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust. Addenbrooke’s plays such an important role in our community, and this partnership gives us an opportunity to use the football club to support the fantastic work carried out by the Trust. We know that our supporters are passionate about giving back to the community, and we hope they will get behind the partnership throughout the season. Together, we can make a real difference.”
Through the partnership, the club will work alongside Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust throughout the season to raise awareness and funds, while giving our supporters opportunities to get involved and make a difference.

Sophie Thomas, Community Fundraising Lead for Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust, said: “We are incredibly grateful and excited that Cambridge City Football Club has chosen Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust as their Charity of the Year. Their support will help improve care for patients and families across our community, with every donation making a real difference at Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie Hospitals."
