We’re excited to share that work has officially begun on the internal fit-out of the main stand at our new stadium this week. Contractors have been appointed and walls are already going up at pace, giving us our first real glimpse of what’s to come.
This marks a huge milestone for the club, not just in terms of infrastructure, but in laying the foundations for a bright and sustainable future for Cambridge City. It’s a sign of real progress, and we can’t wait to welcome fans into a space that truly feels like home.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity, vision and commitment of our Chairman, Kevin Satchell, and his family. Their unwavering belief in Cambridge City and their determination to see the club thrive again have been the driving force behind the stadium build. The Satchell family’s dedication goes far beyond financial support – it’s about passion, loyalty, and a true love for this football club. They have poured countless hours, energy, and heart into making this dream a reality, and for that we owe them a debt of gratitude that words can barely express.
Both on and off the pitch, the future for Cambridge City is extremely bright. We’d like to thank all our supporters for your continued belief and backing as we make progress on the fit-out. Together – with the commitment of the Satchell family, our loyal fans, and everyone who gives their time and support – we are building something truly special.

Thanks to Kevin and his family.
