Cambridge United came from 3-1 to secure a 3-3 draw with City tonight at Milton Road.
The visitors fielded mainly a second string side and City took advantage with three first half goals from John Kennedy, Craig Hammond and Tony Burke. United hit back with two goals coming from the impressive Liam Hughes and the equaliser was a strike from Luke Berry.
City's pre-season programme now moves on to Histon on Saturday for the Cambs Professional Cup Final.
