All Cambridge City teams are given a "clean bill of health" by the FA for another season.

Proudly, Cambridge City is a FA Charter Standard Community Club, which is the highest award a grassroots club can achieve at this level. This is the 'kitemark' which recognises and rewards clubs which consistently provide and maintain the highest standards possible in relation to how they are run, their sustainability and where child protection, quality coaching and safety issues are paramount in their ethos.

Although awarded in the name of Cambridge City Ladies & Girls this award covers the whole Club, and guarantees that the qualifications of all club and team officials (approximately 40) are maintained up to date.
