We welcome diversity because it enables us to appreciate the different contributions that all sections of our communities can make and are sensitive to individual needs.

Cambridge City will always when recruiting players and staff look to secure a workforce that fully reflects the make-up of its community, supporter base and will always select staff on a fair and non-discriminatory basis.

Cambridge City is fully committed to managing and developing our staff in a way which values everyone’s efforts and different contributions.

Every person has a fundamental right to be treated with respect and dignity in their dealings with Cambridge City Football Club.

CAMBRIDGE CITY AGAINST RACISM

Cambridge City Football Club operates a zero-tolerance policy against any incidents of anti-social or racist behaviour.

We urge anybody who witnesses such behaviour at the football club to report it to a steward or club official immediately.
