Cambridge City make the trip to Soham Town Rangers tonight for the second round of the Cambs Invitation Cup.

With a key league match at Berkhamsted on Saturday, boss Robbie Nightingale may take the opportunity to rest several regular first team players. Therefore he may decided to start with some youngsters and those who have been pressing for a first team place in recent weeks.

The Lilywhites exited the competition last year to Cambridge United Development, so will be looking to make a good start to a competition that City have won 15 times - more than any other club who has entered the competition.

Kick-off at Julius Martin Lane is at 7:45pm.

Away draw for the Ladies....

Following the epic 2-1 extra time win against Cambridge United Women on Sunday, the reward for City Ladies is an away trip to Oxford United in the next round of the SSE Womens FA Cup.

The second round tie will take place on Sunday 2 December
