Richard Nightingale has resigned as a director of Cambridge City Football Club.

Nightingale joined the board 12 months ago, with the specific role of finance director.  However, increased work commitments away from football mean that he can no longer devote the necessary time to the role.

Club Chairman Kevin Satchell said "I would like to place on record my thanks for the work that Richard has done over the last year.  He has made a valued contribution as a director and I fully understand his decision to step down"

Nightingale will continue to assist until a replacement has been found
