Andrew Jolley has today resigned as manager of the Cambridge City Development Team.

Jolley has been in charge of the Development Team since the departure of Nigel Ashman in the summer of 2017, and has left his post due to family commitments.

City first team manager, Robbie Nightingale paid tribute to the work that Jolley has done since taking on the role. He said “I would like to thank Andrew for the superb work he has done for Cambridge City Football Club. He has put a lot of time and effort into the Development Squad inclusive of securing sponsorship for them, and leaves an excellent platform for us to move forward. I fully understand and accept the decision he has made, and I hope that in time he will once again be involved with the club”.

Ben Farmer will oversee the Development Team as an interim measure whilst the club recruits for a replacement. Anyone interested in the position should email
