FA competitions draw news

Cambridge City have been drawn away to either Wellingborough Whitworth or Harborough Town in the Preliminary Round of the FA Cup. The tie will take place on Saturday 25 August. City were not one of the teams from their division who were drawn to play in the Extra Preliminary Round.

In the FA Trophy, City will again join the competition at the Preliminary Round stage where they will travel to Peterborough Sports or Sutton Coldfield Town. The tie will take place on Saturday 13 October.

Meanwhile the Youth team will be away to Cornard United in the first qualifying round of the FA Youth Cup. The match will be played w/c 17 September.
