Cambridge City Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Sid Cullum as their new Company Secretary. He takes over from Ken Penrose who resigned last month.

In taking the position, the lifelong City fan also becomes a board member. He said “I am delighted to join the board of directors as Company Secretary. These are exciting times for the club with the move to Sawston on the horizon, and having held the same post at the Coulson Building Group for 26 years, I hope to bring some experience to the role as well as assisting with the new community stadium project”.

A City fan since 1958, Cullum feels honoured to be asked to play a significant role behind the scenes “I have been very lucky to have worked with some wonderful people over the years, and where I have been involved in football I have seen plenty of success and it will be great now to see the same happen at Cambridge City.

City Chairman Kevin Satchell said “Sid will be an excellent addition to the board. He is well known to many City fans, and has many years of experience which can only be beneficial to all of us as we make plans to move to Sawston”.
