City couldn’t find that vital bit of quality to overcome Moneyfields, despite dominating against the leagues unbeaten leaders. It looked to be going wrong when suspect defending allowed Jamie White to put the visitors ahead after only 4 minutes. However, City steadied the ship and asked plenty of questions of the Moneyfields defence, controlling the game, before finding an equaliser after 30 minutes through a Jack Vasey header. Try as they might in the second period they couldn’t find the second goal to earn what would,have been a deserved win for the Lilywhites... Report
