EVO-STIK South - East Division: Hanwell Town 2 Cambridge City 2

A Ryan Sharman goal ten minutes from the end rescued a point for City as their fine five game winning run came to an end at lowly Hanwell. Set pieces proved to be Cityís undoing as they twice fell behind following corners, the first on the half hour mark was equalised soon after by Ollie Snaith. However, when Hanwell edged back in front in the second half, an unlikely victory looked on the cards before Sharman forced the ball home from close range to save Cityís blushes. City had been strangely out of sorts for most of the game, but finished strongly and looked the most likely of the sides to find a winner in the closing stages.
