EVO-STIK South - East Division: Barton Rovers 0 Cambridge City 1

City went into tonights game on the back of a 6-1 thrashing of Egham on Saturday, but anyone hoping for another goal-fest was to be disappointed. However, the important thing was to get the points, and this was achieved with a single goal scored after 10 minutes courtesy of Ryan Sharman, who tapped home after Lewis Wilson's shot had been pushed out by the goalkeeper. The game never reached the heights of the Egham encounter, but City were also never really stretched by their hosts and the single goal proved to be enough.
