EVO-STIK South - East Division: Bedford Town 1 Cambridge City 4

City put the disappointment of last Saturday's defeat behind them, recording a thumping win over local derby opponents, Bedford.

City took a third minute lead courtesy of a Ryan Sharman penalty, however, the home side levelled through James Peters just over 20 minutes later. The sides looked to be heading into the break level, but City nudged ahead through Salim Relizani when he slotted home on the angle. Further goals followed late on in the second half with City making the game safe with two goals in a minute. Jordan Gent headed home with 15 minutes left, soon followed by a Tom Knowles spot kick after Ian Miller had been fouled.
