Cambridge City Football Club has today launched a new membership scheme aimed at attracting both fans and former players.

The Cambridge City Patrons Club is open to anyone and costs £50.00 to join for the year. Members will be entitled to a number of benefits including an annual Patrons Day, recognition on the club website and match programme as well as nominating their own patrons club player of the year.

City fan Andrew Dunn who organised the scheme said “The Patrons Club is open to anyone and everyone including former players. Obviously, it’s another way of raising money for the club but it also gives those who join the scheme the option of having some exclusivity by becoming a club patron. One of the highlights of the package will be the annual Patrons Day. There are so many people out there who have a close affiliation with the club whether you are a supporter who comes on a weekly basis or one who cannot get to the games often, or maybe a former player, so it would be great to get all those people together who become club patrons on one day of the season to celebrate everything that is good about Cambridge City”.

The scheme is open to any individual to join and further details can be obtained from the Patrons Club section of the City website:
