Cambridge City travel to Yaxley on Saturday as they continue their pre-season programme.

The Lilywhites recorded a 4-1 victory over Haverhill Borough last weekend as they got their preparations under way.

The trip to the UCL Premier Division outfit will see Robbie Nightingale run his eye over his squad and several trialists as he prepares for the season opener at home to Ashford Town (Middx) on 12 August.

Missing will be Ian Miller and Mark Coulson who are unavailable as is Darren Foxley. Meanwhile, Salim Relizani has an injured foot and will not feature as a precaution. Ross Paterson returns after the missing the trip to Haverhill.

Also back in a City shirt will be Harry Norman who has trained with the Lilywhites this week and will be given game time on Saturday. Youngsters Josh Lowe, Alex Lyratzopolous, Adam Capel, James Tee and Harry Farrow are also set to feature.

Yaxley have played two pre-season games so far and recorded two victories. Last Saturday, goals from Dan Cotton, James Hill-Seekings and Tom Waumsley saw them overcome the challenge of Peterborough Sports. The victory was followed by a 1-0 win at Soham in midweek.
