Cambridge City began their preparations for the new campaign this evening as pre-season training officially got started.

Over 20 players were in attendance including the new faces of Mark Coulson and Michael King. Ian Miller will join up with the squad when he returns from holiday. Also holidaying was Darren Foxley but all the other players that agreed terms during the break officially signed tonight. Also signing first team forms were Josh Lowe and James Tee who were part of the reserve and youth set-up last season.

A familiar face returned as Zac Barrett lead a goalkeeping training session whilst manager Robbie Nightingale and coaches Neil Midgley and Dave Theobald ran their eye over the rest of the group as they were put through their paces.

Training continues as the team prepare for the new season that starts on 12 August.
