Cambridge City Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Farmer as the new Head of Youth Development. Ben replaces the recently departed Paul Neary.

Ben has extensive knowledge of local youth football and is currently a coaching mentor with the Football Association.

Phil Brasher, Chairman of City Boys Youth said “I am delighted to welcome Ben to the club. His knowledge of the local youth scene is second to none and I know he will be a great asset to us. I would like to thank Paul Neary for all the hard work he did for the club during his stay with us and wish him well for the future”.

Ben commented “I am delighted to be given the opportunity with City. My family has some history with the club as my Mum's uncle was Eddie Robinson who played for City and as a boy I remember going to Milton Road with my mates during the Neil Harris era. The club has some very good players and coaches in the youth set-up and I cannot wait to get started”.
