9.30am – 3 pm Thursday 27th August and Friday 28th August 2009 at Milton Community Centre Annex

Cambridge City Football in the Community is pleased to announce that we are organising two football fun days to run in the Annex of Milton Community Centre, Coles Road, in Milton on August 27th and 28th Whilst the focus of the days will, of course, be on having fun, the children will also receive high quality coaching from first team player Cambridge City Craig Radcliffe and other qualified coaches.

Activities will include skills sessions, small-sided games, penalty shootouts and tactical awareness training, there will be quizzes, football related videos and other indoor activities organised in case of bad weather.
There will also be opportunities to discuss healthy lifestyles, diet and physical activity, and a family voucher for free admission to a future City home game.

The sessions are open to boys and girls of all footballing abilities currently in school years 3 to 6. Children will be supervised from 9am until 3.30 pm, with activities running from 9.30am until 3pm.

Well-qualified teachers and childcare workers, working in ratios approved by the FA, all of whom have undergone the necessary child safety checks, will supervise the children throughout the day.

More details and application forms are available from the club office or from Richard Rose at richard_rose@repeatfanzine.freeserve.co.uk.

We expect this event to be popular and places will be allocated on a 1st come, 1st served basis, so please apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
