This summer three long serving Managers left the Club after having given a total of nineteen years service to the Girls section.

EDDIE TUCKER
Eddie Tucker, most recently manager of City U14 Girls, retired from team management at this years AGM. Eddie was a founder member of the Girls section when they began life as Cherry Hinton Crusaders in 1998 before becoming Cambridge City Girls in 2002. Eddies ten years with the Club have been enormously successful culminating this season when he took his girls, representing Cambridgeshire, to the English National Final of the Tesco Cup. Everyone connected with the Club thanks Eddie for all his hard work during the last ten years and hopes that he will take up another post within the Club after having a well earned rest.

ALISTAIR MOULE
Alistair Moule managed the City U12 Girls team last year in the Home Counties League, guiding them through their first year at 11 a-side after winning the S-Tech League and Cup Double the previous two seasons. Prior to this he took the U12’s and U13's again winning the S-Tech League and Cup in both seasons. Two of his teams also won the Nottingham Forest tournament, which is a very prestigious national event. In summary he has been a very successful and hard working manager who has been with the club for five years and one we are very sorry to lose. He is leaving the club due to personal reasons and hopefully will return to the club at some point in the future.

KEVIN MASSEY
Kevin Massey, took over the U12’s four years ago from Kevin Jacklin and with his experience gained from being a professional footballer with Cambridge United, he has really helped the girls develop. In his four years with the Club he took them to three cup finals and two league titles. He worked extremely hard with his squad of girls, creating a great team spirit, and good social environment for the girls to play in. Due to his other football commitments, including taking up refereeing, he could not commit to the team again this year.

NEW APPOINTMENTS
Cary Simpson has kindly volunteered to manage the U16’s having assisted Kevin Massey last season. Chris Moseley has agreed to take the U13’s whilst Sid Cullum with coach Alexis Psyllos will manage the U15’s. The Club are delighted to welcome on board these new appointments.
