Cambridge City Supporters Trust have played a central role in the life of Cambridge City FC in the years since 2006. Formed out of a supporters action group angered at the proposed termination of City as an independent entity, the Trust became the vehicle by which new supporter-directors took over the running of the club in conjunction with our club Chairman.

As the ship was steadied, and life at Milton Road returned to something like normal, the Trust has continued to be an important institution by investing money raised from supporters into the club in exchange for shares. The money invested has been used for a variety of purposes, including preparation for a ground share. The shares in the club are held by the Trust on behalf of its members and, by extension, all Cambridge City supporters.

We believe that a large, sustainable shareholding by the Trust helps ensure a stable and well-run football club.

The Supporters Trust continue to support the football club regularly throughout the year with a donation to buy shares. The Trust has a 19.7% shareholding in the football club, making them the second highest shareholder.

100 Club

The Supporters Trust are pleased to launch a 100 Club, to raise money and help continue to support the football club.

The Trust continue to try and think of new ways to raise money and this gives supporters a chance to support the Trust and win something back too.

Here’s how it works…...100 numbers, £5 a number and on the 13th of every month starting in August 2018 one lucky number will be picked at random. The money will be split 40% to the winner and 60% to the Trust, which will help to continue to support the football club.

Please let us know at info@cambridgecitytrust.org.uk if you feel able to offer time as a volunteer as well. We are particularly looking for people with the ideas time and energy to be effective fundraisers, administrators or trust directors. Elections for Trust Directors take place each year, with the successful candidates serving for a two-year term.

By mobilising the supporters of Cambridge City FC we hope to be a force for a stronger, sustainable club as well as a focus for social and community activities.

"Thank you from everyone on the Supporters Trust board"
