From the A14, leave at the junction for the A10. Follow the signs for the A10 and City centre and continue through the traffic lights with the Golden Hind pub on your right hand side. Continue on through the second set of traffic lights (Union Lane on your left and Arbury Road on your right) then straight over the round-a-bout and through another set of lights around a third of a mile further on. Then take the first turn on the right opposite Tommy Tuckers Takeaway (a totem pole type sign for the Westbrook centre stands on the corner). Follow the road round the office block and you will arrive at the ground.
